I had started and stopped my search for a new vehicle many times - I even tried Cartelligent & Autoland but found it difficult to get the information I was seeking about the vehicles that interested me. An acquaintance (also looking for a vehicle) recommended I check out Eric Brooks' postings on Craigslist. He responded immediately to my text message and patiently fielded my questions. His pricing was very clear and much better than what I got from AutoLand -- combined with his knowledgable and prompt responses, lead to making my purchase at Putnam Toyota. He and I agreed on a time -- and I had his undivided attention for the entire time I was on site to fill out the paperwork. The Finance Dept, George, was also super hospitable and informative. Eric walked me through all the features including 4WD and the multi media console. He even took a photo of me with my new car and texted it to me to share to my friends and family Please reach out to Eric and make an appointment. Car dealerships are not like grocery stores -- you can't expect to just show up (or arrive hours early or late for an appointment) and have the same kind of high touch / undivided attention that I experienced.
