Just got my new RAV4 hybrid and the buying process was really great. I emailed the dealership and Erick the internet sales manager got right back to me WITH the price of the car I was interested in, including the different packages. I was shopping around and no other Toyota dealership in the area would give me a solid quote in writing. The all wanted to talk on the phone or set up a test drive. Because of covid and that I had already driven the car before SIP I wasn't interested in going to a dealership unnecessarily so Erick got my business! Long story short, they didn't have the color I wanted and Erick got the exact car I wanted pretty much the next day! He called around and found the color and package I wanted and traded a car on Putnam lot for it. I went down and bought the car. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Pretty covid safe; lots of hand sanitizer around, everyone wore a mask and there is lots of plexiglass between you and the finance guy John. Still lots of signing paperwork and extras to hear about but all in all it was a really great experience. I would definitely recommend Putnam
