Second car purchase from Putnam Toyota 2 years later was an even better experience! Dealt with both Lisa and Noli again. Lisa was so patient with us. She didn't pressure us into anything and made the negotiating process smooth and easy. Noli was so thorough and personable and helped streamline the process we started with Lisa. They were both very knowledgeable. Both of them were assisting us till the end and I liked it because it wasn't about who was closing the sale but more of giving us the best experience possible as a team. Mike from financing saved us a lot of time by being straightforward. We've been having our car serviced with them for two years and always have a good experience. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service from Putnam Toyota. I bought a late-model but high mileage "as is" car from them a few months ago. The next day I noticed the tie rod noise which was confirmed by my local mechanic. The extended warranty I had bought with the purchase did not cover it because it was a pre-existing condition. I remembered that the standard "thank you for buying from us email" the owner, Kent Putnam, encouraged the buyer to call him directly if there were any concerns. I decided to take him up on that and to my surprise he himself answered. He took action quickly because that same day i got calls from his assistant and from the original sales person, Moe Mojadidi. They agreed to replace the problem part, though it took longer than i thought was needed and they installed a used part because they couldn't find a new one. But they eventually covered the six days of car rental. Mike Dobres, the business manager, was diligent in making that happen. I have been told that this is all highly unusual when purchasing an "as is" vehicle. I particularly want to applaud the professional attitude and helpfulness of Moe, not only in the sales process but in orchestrating the repair process as well. I highly recommend him, the owner and the business manager.

Putnam is solid. But, like any car dealership it all depends on the specific people you're working with. Liza helped me throughout the purchase process and went out of her way to make sure we received her full attention, a great price and solid follow through. Our family needed a new vehicle after putting a good 16 years and 135,000 miles on our last van. We knew we wanted another Sienna, it was just a matter of where and from whom we'd buy it. After checking the inventory throughout the Northern CA dealership network we decided to try several in order to get the most competitive price. Liza, our sales rep, worked harder than anyone else at any other Toyota dealership to get us the features, price and service packages we needed. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend working with her on your next purchase of a Toyota. Here's hoping for another decade of family fun and function in our new Sienna! My family was helped by Jeff Hershman, the Internet and Fleet Sales manager. Jeff was very helpful, patient and thorough in explaining everything. They even left the dealership with their brand new Prius Prime Premium! Overall, they had a wonderful experience. Definitely consider asking for Jeff if you're looking for a new Toyota!
