Great customer service!! After some internet searches I got an email from Jeff and made my way into Putnam Toyota. Jeff was very polite and accommodating. Not only got the best price around but great customer service. We noticed a scratch in the interior armrest on the drive home and Jeff set up a replacement a few days later. When we came into the service center Matt was Great! Very polite and and his team completed the work quickly. Jeff checked in with is multiple times to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I will be coming to Putnam for all service needs and any future purchase. Highly recommend!

It's been great working with Darren on buying the next car for my family. Didn't have to go through the normal hassles that I go through in other dealerships. Got a really great deal on our 2017 Sienna and was able to seal the deal without wasting any time. Few back and forth of closing the gaps and we were good. Also Michael was helpful in helping me get through the business side real quick, without any issues at all Thanks Darren and Michael for helping us out on this super quick with such a short notice and overall, the dealership was very nice and friendly.

I recently purchase a C-HR. My original goal was to return my leased 2015 Corolla and purchase a used Lexus CT200h but when I drove to the dealership and saw the car in the showroom, it pulled me to take a closer look. I was impressed by its curvaceous layout equipped with sexy and yet functional features such as the Safety Sense. It looks like a 2 door but it is a 4 door camouflage. But the real highlight of this car is the color- Dual Tone with white roof over radiant green mica. Green is in. It's the color of innovation, creativity, production and is an extension of my personality. Purchasing it with Nader Meyssami has always been a hassle free. Nader isn't any other car salesman trying to get a sale. I have purchased 3 cars from him since 2010. He is trustworthy and at the end of the sale, you know that he did his best to get you the best rate and best price. Thanks Nader. I love my car.

Went to just shop around for a car for my son and Abdul greeted us right away and was very helpful and kind. He made the whole car buying process a breeze. My son loves his new car.

What a hassle-free, straightforward, and overall awesome car-buying experience! My husband, two kids, and I stopped by Putnam Toyota to test drive the Prius Prime. We were greeted by Lisa (Liza) who took me on the test drive while my husband and kids built Lego structures and drank hot chocolate in the waiting area. Going for a test drive with Lisa was like going on a ride with an old friend who's knowledgeable about cars! I felt completely at ease, free to ask any questions and received direct, clear answers about the myriad of features surrounding me. Once back at the dealership, I was ready complete the purchase which was handled by Michael, the finance manager. So fast and easy! Afterwards, Lisa met us in our new car and walked me through all of the details and the set-up process. Even though it was getting late on a cold and rainy Sunday evening, I never once felt rushed by Lisa or any of the other staff. Thank you, Lisa, Michael, and the rest of the Putnam crew!

Well to start I have been inquiring about the 2018 Camry xse fully loaded with red interior and let me tell you it has been a headache. After working in auto sales myself for a few years I understand how tough it is as a buyer and as a salesman but let me tell you after countless dealership phone calls and emails and negotiating it lead no where. Then I finally found one at Putnam Toyota and emailed Jeff Hershman and he made the process so easy. I told him my background and what I was looking for and at what price point and he did not waste my time at all or tried being pushy. Very straight forward and to the point and a great deal indeed. Michael in finance was just as terrific and we were literally in and out of the dealership under 60 minutes. I live in Sacramento and drove two hours to buy a car from them so that should tell you something! As well as me being in sales, I can tell you don't go anywhere else!
