Update: turns out they were able to start work within 20 minutes. Just wish they could have told us that up front. We scheduled an appointment at 830am on a Saturday to fix a minor electrical issue under warranty. When we scheduled the appointment we were told it would take an hour and assumed they would start working on the car when we arrived. Instead when we arrived the guy says no tech is available, he doesn't know when one will be available, and doesn't know when work will even start. All he can say is that it'll take a "couple of hours." He then suggested we reschedule another appointment when we weren't busy and continued that we would be treated exactly the same at the next appointment.

The whole experience was great. Abdul Asalati was the sales person, and Abdul explained everything clearly. The whole process took 1.5 hours. Great car dealership..!

Worked with Abdul Asalati on purchasing our new Camry car at Putnam Toyota today. We were very fortunate as he was easy to work with on negotiating our deal and getting full details on the car and services associated with our purchase. Also worked with George in the finance department he was super honest and funny as we closed out our paperwork. Putnam I have to admit has a huge selection of Toyota cars to choose from luckily.

My experience with Putnam Toyota and Jeff Hershman was very positive. the dialog was open, friendly, and straightforward. Even though Jeff new i drove 50 mile because Putnam had the car I wanted, he was flexible and objective. Mike in Finance was equally as enjoyable to work with. I would go back!

We went to Putnam Toyota because of the great yelp reviews and weren't disappointed. We were lucky to have Abdul help us find a vehicle for our growing family. He was straight forward, honest, and we loved that he brought us to see the inventory vs poking around the computer. We never felt any pressure and he tailored what he showed us to what we needed. We loved that he let us test drive the cars with the color and features that we were interested in.
