Update: turns out they were able to start work within 20 minutes. Just wish they could have told us that up front. We scheduled an appointment at 830am on a Saturday to fix a minor electrical issue under warranty. When we scheduled the appointment we were told it would take an hour and assumed they would start working on the car when we arrived. Instead when we arrived the guy says no tech is available, he doesn't know when one will be available, and doesn't know when work will even start. All he can say is that it'll take a "couple of hours." He then suggested we reschedule another appointment when we weren't busy and continued that we would be treated exactly the same at the next appointment.
