Putnam is solid. But, like any car dealership it all depends on the specific people you're working with. Liza helped me throughout the purchase process and went out of her way to make sure we received her full attention, a great price and solid follow through. Our family needed a new vehicle after putting a good 16 years and 135,000 miles on our last van. We knew we wanted another Sienna, it was just a matter of where and from whom we'd buy it.
