Last week I experienced the most pleasant car buying experience of my life thanks to Dan Dishart at Putnam Toyota. I knew I wanted a Prius but not exactly what model. Dan talked me through all my options and explained the specs in detail. I drove away very happy indeed! No buyer's remorse here. Dan is extremely knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The financing side was also an A+. George Ferrier talked me through the various extended warranties, care packages etc, and I didn't feel pressured at all. If you are planning to look at cars at Putnam Toyota/Scion, ask for Darren Yu. Being a recent college graduate, I recently started looking at purchasing my first car, a nerve-wracking process for anyone. And, yet, to my surprise, I had a wonderful experience due to Darren's friendly customer service and expertise. Darren carefully explained all the details of the car and was more than happy to walk my family and I through the financing/leasing process too. Darren has 10 years of customer service experience and does not leave you with any doubts regarding your purchase. My first purchase was a White 2013 Scion FR-S and I look forward to recommending my family and friends to Darren and Putnam Toyota/Scion. My brother will be graduating in 2-3 years and we are planning to visiting Darren again!

I recently purchased a Scion FR-s from Putnam Toyota and I would have to say I had the best one can ask for when it comes to buying a car. I live in San Francisco and was recommended by a friend to go to Daren Yu a sales associate at Putnam Toyota. When I got there I explained to him that I was interested in a FR-S but was torn between an automatic and a manual. I also told him that I would like to trade in my excising car. The first thing he told me is that I came to the right place and that he would take care of me. Usually I am a little bit skeptical when dealers say that but he really took the time and genuinely wanted to help me and get me the right car that would work for me. He answered all my questions and explained everything about the new FR-S. He was extremely professional and the thing that blew me away is that he got me a great deal on my trade in and that's were everyone gets ripped off. I walked away thinking that I got a great deal for both my new car and my old car. He also called me to follow up a few times to see if I had any questions. Darren is a one in a million dealer and he would be the first person I think of if anyone tells me they are looking to purchase a new car. Very helpful and honest. He tried to get me the right car and succeeded. If you need a dealer you all should go to Darren!

The most responsive internet sales team within the area to get back to me with quotes and follow ups.. I have been in touch with them early July but I really haven't had much time to go in for a test drive until Labor Day weekend. I finally came in but much later that I originally planned to meet with Eric B about an hour before closing. Jeff Hershman was able to help with me in checking out the car that I had in mind, getting the price quoted. The whole process including financing was surprisingly quick and smooth. I haven't had my car service there yet but so far the purchase process was definitely great. Price wise, I think there may be some better deals with clearances sale the week after labor day in the area, possibly with some limited options/colors. Nevertheless, this dealership quotes were very competitive, up to the day that I made my purchase since July.

Purchased a Camry Hybrid during the labor day weekend. It's the fourth Toyota we purchased from the same dealer and the same sale person, Darren Yu has been helping us since our 2007 FJ Cruiser, I will say he is the most honest and easy to deal with person in the auto industry. I did my research on the vehicle, set my price limit, picked the color and options, then called Darren, he returned with a better price than I expected. Vehicle is cleaned and ready for me to pick up by the time I went to the dealer for the paperworks. No stress, no hassle. Will definitely do business again with them. Thanks!

Although we live over an hour away, we came to Putnam Toyota because they were the only dealership in California that had the EXACT model, color and features we wanted. Painless negotiation with Darren via email only to wrap it up with him just as quickly in the dealership. Darren was super cool and honest. Love that. He went out of his way to make sure I knew all the ins and outs of the car before we left. We will be back. Thanks Putnam! P.S. Kids were totally entertained by the computers with Internet access. How awesome is that?
