Buying a Toyota was easy with Putnam and Jeff Hershman. He is prompt and courteous. If you want the best service and best price, call Jeff @650-346-9080 (cell) or 650-373-4308 (main). No stress, no pressure. BTW, the dealership looks small from the outside, but they do have a whole garage full of new Toyota. I was able to find my model and color here.

I have bought many cars over the years, both personal and business, and have to say that my purchase of a Scion was the easiest, least stressful purchase of all of them. Jeff was very knowledgable about the cars and his personality made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Once I selected a car to buy Jeff turned me over to Mike in finance for the paperwork. I thought "OK here comes the hard sell with all the add ons and extra charges that most dealers try to squeeze out of you". Didn't happen. Mike was just as gracious as Jeff and we finished the paperwork in 10-15 minutes. Do yourself a favor. If your buying a car give them a try.

I am giving 5 stars to Putnam Toyota because of our salesman Abdul Asalati. What a nice person as well as a superb sales person. He was able to locate the right truck for us and made sure that the vehicle was ready for us to test drive. We had already done quite a bit of research, however, he was very helpful with all of our unanswered questions and concerns. He made us feel at home and no pressure. I bought Camry XLE Hybrid last weekend here at Putnam Toyota. I had in mind to buy V6 again as my old Camry but salesman Victor Contreras offered me to test drive Hybrid as well. I drove both, one after another, and was really surprised by Hybrid despite my original V6 preference. The Hybrid appeared to be more lively than I expected. I really thankful to Victor for helping me to change my conservative mind. Besides, the whole purchasing process was very smooth and stress-free. Financial person George Ferrier made all paperwork quick and easy. These guys are truly professionals! Thanks again.
