We purchased our Tundra from here & we had a great experience. They didn't make us feel pressured to buy at all and were very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. They didn't make us feel rushed at all even though it was very late. We got a great rate for our vehicle. Ask for Noli Bati, he is very friendly and professional. Just bought a car here from Noli last month. I must say, the experience overall was good. Noli was able to work within my budget and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy at all - def not the typical cars dealer type. Mike (from financing) was great too! Not pushy at all and respected the fact that we didnt want to buy warranty. I don't live in the Burlingame area but after reading all the high reviews, I was willing to drive a little extra to buy from a dealership that valued their customers. Would def buy from Noli again! Thanks to all the Putnam staff!

Over the years we've had the pleasure of buying 3 different Toyotas from Jeff Hershman. The transactions have been very easy with much the discussion done by phone or email. Also there's no sales pressure. Jeff is genuinely interested in finding the right car at the right price. No hesitation from us in recommending for a 5 star rating. 7/13/2013 Edit " My wife and I just purchased our 2nd Toyota from Jeff Hershman at Putnam in Burlingame and we couldn't be more pleased. Our recent 2013 Camry purchase from Jeff was made over the busy 4th of July weekend. We never felt rushed and received friendly knowledgeable treatment and walked away felling 110% satisfied. Our first purchase was a 2002 4 Runner which we still drive today with 195,000+ miles. It recently received a clean bill of health from the mechanic. Both times Jeff handled a normally stressful purchase easy and hassle free. Not only did we receive a good price on the Camry we were able to take advantage of the 0% financing for 60 months. Mike the finance guy was knowledgeable and made the loan paper work stress free. I would highly recommend Jeff Hershman for your Toyota purchase.

Yesterday I got an amazing deal on a used car here. I had already done my research online and knew what I wanted. I got an opportunity to work with Lenny Ruttenberg and he was fantastic!!!!! He was very professional and the customer service was amazing. He was super straight forward and didn't play any games. When it came down to making the purchase happen he really worked with me.
