Great service - bought a certified pre-owned Prius here. Dan was our salesman and he was exceptionally honest and straightforward, easy to deal with.

I got my Rav4 from this place yesterday. It's a used one but the car was in excellent condition. They went an extra mile to get the car in the best shape. They had the car fully inspected, put 4 new tires, alignment, touch up the paints, polished, put in new lock..etc. I was very impressed with the way they treated the used cars and felt very comfortable buying an used one from them. Before I went to the dealership, I texted the salesperson James many times with my questions. He was very prompt with his responses.. He was very professional and my experience was very positive. Thanks for excellent service and I am very happy to get the car from Putnam Toyota.

Although I did not purchase from here, Eric Brooks was exceptional. He was so professional, never tried to push/over sell and so prompt with his email responses. I really wanted to buy from here but when I told him SFToyota was giving me a better deal, he said he can't beat the price, so nice and professional. Great job Eric! Keep up the good work!

Buying a car can be very stressful, and while my experience was exhausting, I really appreciated Abdul. I greeted Abdul today, who I had met a few months back on a test drive, clear about a car that I noticed come up for sale. I had some specific criteria, a lot of questions, and Abdul was patient and helpful. When I needed space to think over his financing options (I had a pre-approved credit union loan), he gave it to me. I bought the car today, and I am...exhausted (even though I was well-researched, it was an exhausting decision-making and paperwork process). I hope that the deal worked out well for the both of us. The world needs more of us looking out for each other, and I appreciate what i feel Abdul provided for me.

We recently bought a 2010 Certified Toyota Highlander from Dan Dishart at Putnam Toyota. He was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the purchasing process. We also purchased an extended warranty for the entire car and within a few months the navigation system malfunctioned. Dan arranged to have the navigation system replaced. He kept us informed about the delivery status of the navigation system and it was promptly installed once it arrived. He went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and we greatly appreciate it! He understood our frustration and he took it upon himself to handle the entire repair process. He is a wonderful salesman and we highly recommend him!
