I got my Rav4 from this place yesterday. It's a used one but the car was in excellent condition. They went an extra mile to get the car in the best shape. They had the car fully inspected, put 4 new tires, alignment, touch up the paints, polished, put in new lock..etc. I was very impressed with the way they treated the used cars and felt very comfortable buying an used one from them. Before I went to the dealership, I texted the salesperson James many times with my questions. He was very prompt with his responses.. He was very professional and my experience was very positive. Thanks for excellent service and I am very happy to get the car from Putnam Toyota.
