I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Toyota with Jeff Hershman. This was my first car purchase and I was not sure what to expect when I arrived at the dealership. Jeff's friendliness and honesty made my car buying experience extremely comfortable and definitely put Putnam above the Honda and Hyundai dealerships I visited. I would recommend visiting Jeff if you're in the market for a new Toyota.

Driving an SUV for the last seven years, I have been looking into getting a hybrid and decided to make a visit to Putnam Toyota. Being the first time I purchased a car on my own, I have to admit that I was a bit nervous when I walked in. The first person to great me was Victor Contreras and he quickly put me at ease. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the floor on their lot where all their Prii (the correct term for more than one Prius) were located. After looking through their inventory, we were able to narrow down my selection to a handful of models. I test drove the Prius Persona and knew I did not need to look at any other hybrids, the Prius was just what I wanted. When we got back to the office, Victor went over the numbers with me and I appreciated how he was not at all pushy and let me take my time to look over the different payment options. I decided to wait a few day to think it over. Later that week Victor left me a follow-up message to see if I had any questions. He was very accommodating and made an appointment to see me that evening. When I got there I told him I wanted to see the Prius III package in either the Silver or Dark Gray with a dark interior. We test drove the Dark Gray (this time I sat in the back to see how it would feel for passengers) and when we got back I decided it was time to negotiate. I felt confident with my proposal, but when I learned that the particularly model had an extra feature that I wasn't interested in, I decided to ask for a Silver model with a dark interior. Fortunately they had it in stock. After getting the proposal approved, Victor walked me to the finance office where I was greeted by Michael Dobres, the finance manager. He was very thorough, explained everything I was signing, and even gave me a gave me good deal on the gap insurance (being an insurance broker I understand the need for these types of coverage's). When we were done, Michael called Victor to walk me to my new car. It was parked and ready to go, just washed, and topped off with gas. To end the sale, Victor had me take a picture with my new car to post on their slideshow in the lobby. I really appreciated how Victor walked me through every step and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go to Victor Contreras at Putnam Toyota!

When we were in the market for a new toyota last month, we became customers of Jeff's, in particular, and Putnam toyota, because he was a low key, helpful, patient, and friendly salesman who went out of his way to assure that we got the deal we wanted, the car we wanted, and when we wanted it. He was a person I would highly recommend to our friends, and when we are again in the market for a new car, we would head all the way back to Burlingame in order to deal with Jeff.

We just purchased a 2014 Tacoma and had the best experience with Abdul Asalati and Putnam Toyota. We called down there to ask about inventory and he was very helpful on the phone. After doing some research with other dealerships we noticed that Putnam's prices were better than other dealerships in the area. When we finally made it down to the Putnam, Abdul already had the exact truck we were looking for pulled out and ready to test drive. Negotiations were easy and fair and we were out of there in 2 hours with a brand new truck. We've had some bad experiences with other dealerships on the peninsula and were pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth this process was. Thank you Abdul!

Had a pleasant experience today. I arrived 25 minutes early to my appointment and they were kind enough to take me, do my 5000 mile service, and get me out of there in about an hour. Quick and excellent service from Edgar(?) Used their computer station to work. TIP folks, don't forget to sign out of your email accounts ;-) Got my work done, had a latte from their nifty little machine (um, can I take that home with me??), and got out in due time to enjoy Burlingame Ave before it got hectic. Thanks Service dept. for a great experience!

We had a great experience with Putnam thru Jorge Calvillo. After an exhausting and disappointing encounter with two other Toyota dealerships, our day ended so well with Putnam Toyota. Jorge was so patient listening to our needs and our limitations. Then he tried his hardest to accommodate our requirements. It was not an easy transaction considering our constraints but we feel we got our best deal. He was so pleasant to deal with compare to other car salesmen who are not just rude but would make you feel as though you owe them after they make you an offer. We will recommend him and the dealership to friends and family. Another plus in this place is the Finance Department thru Mike. He was very patient in explaining things even though it was already late in the day.
