Last week I experienced the most pleasant car buying experience of my life thanks to Dan Dishart at Putnam Toyota. I knew I wanted a Prius but not exactly what model. Dan talked me through all my options and explained the specs in detail. I drove away very happy indeed! No buyer's remorse here. Dan is extremely knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The financing side was also an A+. George Ferrier talked me through the various extended warranties, care packages etc, and I didn't feel pressured at all.
