Today I came here with my friend Reza looking to buy a new car. We were greeted and helped by a man named Victor and he was very helpful! The car was a very decent price and we left with a new camry! I definitely recommend this place and I would advise you to ask for Victor if you want a great deal!

My 4 star rating is for the curtesy I was shown by my service advisor. He provided me with exceptional service and kept me up to date and throughly knowledgable of my vehicle's condition. My Service advisor was Matt Samutt. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed in a timely manner. He even provided me with a loaner vehicle for the extra week it took to fix my car. When I arrived to pick up the loaner vehicle, he had taken out both of the kids car seats out of my car for me. He did not have to do that but like I said his service was above excellent. However when I went to pick up my car and drop off the loaner after 6pm everyone had gone home for the day but there were still 4 mechanics/workers in the service area... They watched me struggle to take out two heavy car seats out of the loaner car and put them back in my car. They did not even offer to help. I actually accidentally dropped one of the car seats on the floor.... They just watched... This was disappointing and embarrassing to some extent not for me but for those men who obviously have no sense of empathy.

We purchased our car on Sunday 4/26. We knew what we wanted to buy since we had a Prius before. The sales representative Victor Contreras and sales manager Bruce Liu were great. No pressure, no BS type of guys with excellent customer service. I liked that. I would recommend them.

I come here regularly for maintenance and they're great! Free wifi and snacks so I can work while waiting. Great customer service!

Jeff Hershman is excellent! We got our new Scion xD two weeks ago. We first spoke to Jeff a week earlier, but wanted time to think it over and look at other cars. Jeff put no pressure on us, but stayed in touch and answered all our questions. We especially appreciated the respect he showed us and his professional manner in working with us, which is a rare thing with car salespeople these days. All in all, this was an extremely pleasant experience!
