We have purchased/leased out last three cars from Putnam Toyota. We have received amazing deals each time. Just look out for their big sales weekends! This most recent time we worked with Victor! He could not have been more patient and supportive in our purchasing process. Highly recommend booking an appointment with him. He was able to answer all of our questions and even hit us with information about the car we didn't even consider. He really was working for us which made a big difference to us. The wait time during our negotiations was reasonable. They have a comfortable waiting room with a great coffee machine and snacks when you do have to wait. Biggest recommendation is to make an appointment at the beginning of the day to make the sale go faster. There can be a line and potential wait when it comes to meeting for the financials. Highly recommend working with them AND especially Victor!!

We just recently purchased a new 2015 Toyota Prius from Putnam Toyota. Victor Contreras was our sales consultant and he was exactly what we needed. He doesn't push you into making a decision that is best for him, he made sure that we were purchasing the perfect car to fit our needs. It was fantastic working with him - he was personable, friendly, and a good communicator. We walked out with a new prius that we love, and owe it all to Putnam and Victor Contreras.

There are few times in life where you make big decisions such as buying a car. And if your time is short like mine, than you will be happy to choose Putnam Toyota for the best deal, selection and service. After I paid off a 2010 Honda Fit, I was researching for a hybrid to replace my 2001 Honda Odyssey and test drove at other dealers in the Bay Area. But when I made my decision to buy a Prius and made contact with the Internet manager to schedule an appointment to negotiate a purchase price, almost all of the other dealers handed me off to another salesperson, or in one case another "manager" instead of dealing direct with me on the purchase. So after a few volleys of this, I called Putnam on a reference for Jeff Herschman, the Internet manager. Jeff picked up the phone and immediately set an appointment for the same day. When I arrived at Putnam, I was warmly greeted and was impressed by the professional facilities and friendly staff. Jeff immediately smiled, shook my hand, and got to know me as a person before we selected a car. This was the primary reason why I chose to buy a car from them. After we discussed the Prius cars I had researched, we went up to the multilevel car garage and selected a car for test driving. I saw a Prius Persona series that caught my eye. After the test drive, we came back and worked together on a price we could agree on. The negotiation process was very short and the final paperwork very painless. Jeff and Michael discussed the products and services that were available very clearly and I received the sense that they were into helping their customers after the sale. This transaction was the beginning of a relationship, not the end. I would recommend Putnam Toyota to anyone who wants to buy a car and receive superior service, excellent selection and a great deal. As a 1990s Live 105 Radio Ad used to say, "Go to Putnam Toyota, and shop no more!"

This dealer came to my attention long before my wife and I decided to buy a new car. My friend got one from this, and it is pretty easy to see a car sold by Putnam in Burlingame. When we wanted to have one, Elton was our salesman. The test drive was fun. It was fun chatting with him and I enjoyed driving the car. He wanted to make sure that both my wife and I are happy with the car, so he offered to have each of us do the test. He was very patient. We both liked it and the transaction happened smoothly. We have been driving the car for a week and completely satisfied with it.

Brought my truck into Matt Sammut in service without an appointment to fix a small issue. He took care of it right away and was helpful and courteous the whole time. My truck was fixed super fast, and they even washed it without me asking! The service department here is highly recommended- from low prices to an amazing staff. Thanks again.
