I used to eye-ball here before I got my license and would walk in and be greeted by John, and he is so friendly and nice. I finally got my license and soon after that day I received a call from John who let me know about a car that was a good deal and now I drive it every day. I was so happy he was thinking about me to let me know about a car as soon as they got it in. The car matched my needs, and my mom came in with me and we bought it! It was great on gas, and was a pretty cute looking car. Thanks John!

My husband and I are very pleased with the group at Putnum Toyota. Jeff Hershman was my first and last contact and he did a great job getting us the car we were searching for. His lot was the only one within about 200 miles of our home that had this car. We communicated via text and telephone to secure the SUV. We had to travel from Sacramento area to Burlingame the next Saturday in order to pick it up. It was washed, stickers removed and gorgeous. Jeff took us and filled the tank, then the test drive, then the paperwork and we were on our way! Thank you Jeff and team for one of the easiest car purchase (lease) experiences I have ever encountered. We love our car, are very happy with the price and payment and would highly recommend you to friends and family. Jeff, your jokes are something else! :) If you could see if Toyota could illiminate the final step in selling us insurance, the experience would have been better. I know your company makes those rules, so no worries.

Best salesman !Ask for JAMAL he also goes by JOHN) just bought my 3rd car from him today in the last few years , I have sent him several of my friends , he is very honest , fast and doesn't b.s. you especially if you are a single gal and worry about being taken advantage of as I worry about that when I deal with car places No pressure sales at all and I can text him anytime with questions and he is very prompt with phone calls , also buying these cars has really helped me boost my credit score significantly ! He is very caring and friendly ! again he doesn't pressure you . The place is comfortable they have vending machines flat screen tv sofas if you need to bring the whole family in etc

Our experience with Putnam Toyota has been nothing short of awesome! Earlier this year, after years of driving around in a gas guzzling BMW SUV we leased a Prius... Our savings account couldn't be happier. Our sales man, Abdul Asalati was pleasant, very informative and little sales pressure. We left feeling really good. 6 months later... We leased another vehicle through Mr. Abdul and this time it was easier then the last time. We got the deal we wanted and the car with very little haggling! Is this possible? I think, yes!

Decided to try Putnam Toyota this time instead of Melody for my car oil change/maintenance appointment. Much better experience. Excellent service (no condescension from the service rep this time. Francisco was great.), reasonable prices, and coffee was decent. Putnam Toyota has gained a new loyal customer.
