I went to Putnam Toyota to buy our first car and we were amazed to see the service from Victor who is just fabulous. Highly recommended.

I must preface this review by saying I did not actually end up buying a car from here, but wanted to comment on the impressive knowledge by one of the sales staff. I very recently broke my foot and was in need of purchasing a different car as I drove a stick shift. I had already been planning on switching to buying a Toyota 4runner anyway so my search was pretty easy as far as what car I wanted. That said due to the broken foot I really needed to get the car within that weekend. I am from the Sacramento area and nowhere up here did they have a model that was what I wanted or the colors I wanted, so I decided to head down to the bay area to look for them. I've done my research and had a pretty good idea of what the difference was between each of the models and knew that I was most likely going to get a limited. That said I really wanted to know the significant differences between an SR5 premium and a limited. My friend and I were there and I was greeted by the sales man, Victor. Victor was very professional and was the only salesman out of the probably 15 I had talked to in the last two days that actually could tell me the difference between the different 4runners and very specifically the SR5 premium and limited. I very much appreciated that not only did he confidently know the answers but didn't make up some BS if he didn't. While I did not buy a car here because they did not have a limited I would go back and buy a car from Victor just based on his actually knowing what he was talking about. He was also very courteous and professional about wishing me well on the limited and assuring me that I would be very happy with it even though I wasn't even buying it at their dealership.

Awesome service. My husband and I were looking for a brand new 4Runner for many many months. It felt like no other dealerships wanted to help us due to wanting a specific model (mind you nothing fancy), we weren't asking for a discount either just wanted the right vehicle. After many calls to various Toyota dealerships and no success we started looking further out. Thank goodness we found Putnam. Not only did they hear our request, they were available to deliver at no hassle. Jeff went out off his way to make it a great and pleasant experience. And we have our requested vehicle, Trail 4Runner. Best thing is it only took a 2 days. Thank you Putnam for all your help. Colin and I are extremely happy. We love our new vehicle!!! I've been a regular with Ryan T. with the Putnam Toyota service team and they are completely amazing with their excellent customer service!!! I recently was completely overcharged at another Toyota dealership and made the decision to come back to Putnam Toyota (despite the fact I live over 60 miles away). MAN, AM I GLAD I CAME BACK!!! Ryan T. totally remembered who I was, aligned with my concerns from my previous terrible experience, and assured me that he was personally going to make sure I knew exactly what his team was going to do for my car. Better yet, he even remembered my previous conversations with him about my car too! Talk about amazing reps that really care about their customers! Since I had a timeline to have my car back, Ryan even helped with getting me a rental car!!! Seriously, if you ever need genuine customer service, you have to visit RYAN T. with the Putnam Toyota service team!!!

Brought my 2010 Yaris here for 2 recals that needed to be done. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Matt who was the one explaining the work. Car was done within hours and they also did a full inspection (complimentary) and suggested a couple fluids that should be changed, but we're not pushy. Espresso machine, fresh snacks and wifi were a nice touch. May come back when I decide to buy a newer car

Jeff was awesome getting me a brand new 2015 Prius C. He was super helpful in answering any and every question I had. He was never pushy or untrustworthy, and made sure the financing was something that I was comfortable with. I've dealt with other dealers before, but this was the easiest and most painless experience by far. Before driving off the lot, Jeff showed me all the awesome features of my Prius, like bluetooth and USB that comes standard on all Prius C models. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Putnam Toyota to all my friends.
