AMAZING & CARING TEAM!!! A+++ If you ever need anything Toyota, visit this team!!! I've been a regular with Ryan T. with the Putnam Toyota service team and they are completely amazing with their excellent customer service!!! I recently was completely overcharged at another Toyota dealership and made the decision to come back to Putnam Toyota (despite the fact I live over 60 miles away). MAN, AM I GLAD I CAME BACK!!! Ryan T. totally remembered who I was, aligned with my concerns from my previous terrible experience, and assured me that he was personally going to make sure I knew exactly what his team was going to do for my car. Better yet, he even remembered my previous conversations with him about my car too! Talk about amazing reps that really care about their customers! Since I had a timeline to have my car back, Ryan even helped with getting me a rental car!!! Seriously, if you ever need genuine customer service, you have to visit RYAN T. with the Putnam Toyota service team!!!
