My husband and I are very pleased with the group at Putnum Toyota. Jeff Hershman was my first and last contact and he did a great job getting us the car we were searching for. His lot was the only one within about 200 miles of our home that had this car. We communicated via text and telephone to secure the SUV. We had to travel from Sacramento area to Burlingame the next Saturday in order to pick it up. It was washed, stickers removed and gorgeous. Jeff took us and filled the tank, then the test drive, then the paperwork and we were on our way! Thank you Jeff and team for one of the easiest car purchase (lease) experiences I have ever encountered. We love our car, are very happy with the price and payment and would highly recommend you to friends and family. Jeff, your jokes are something else! :) If you could see if Toyota could illiminate the final step in selling us insurance, the experience would have been better. I know your company makes those rules, so no worries.
