Walked in today looking to find out some information on models, lease/financing options and for my wife test drive some cars to replace our newly dead 12 year old SUV that has served us well. Victor greeted us at the door and was patient with us while we explained our situation and went through some of our requirements. He was knowledgable but laid back, so that we could discover things on our own and not be too pushy about trying to "sell" us on features. It was refreshing to not be rushed into making a buying decision, or because we wanted to see all the trims along the way. We were upfront with our desire to visit the dealers across and down the street and explained the models we were comparing to, since we'd done our homework. He was upfront with what pros and cons each alternative would present, and took our contact info and handed us a card, telling us confidently that he would see us again. Boy was he right, for what he showed us Toyota was offering, on top of what he could do about working to get us a price that fit our needs, we came back that same afternoon and told him to work some magic with management and get us the best possible deal. He worked hard for us, and an hour later we drove out the door with a brand new car, and my wife couldn't be happier, which means I couldn't be happier. If you're taking advantage of auto row in Burlingame, stop by Toyota and ask for Victor and you're going to have a good experience.

Walk into Putnam and ask for Eddy Goldman. Eddy was not only extremely knowledgable but also patient and a no-pressure kind of guy. Eddy made sure I was 100% confident before I made my purchase and that's why I went with him.

We had a great sales experience here with Elton! He was very knowledgeable, so friendly, and extremely helpful, and he went out of his way to get us what we needed, even picking us up from Bart so we could get to the dealership! We love our "new" car (2012 Rav4) and we really think we got the best possible deal in the Bay Area. Elton was very open and honest with us about everything, and we felt like we were in really good hands.

My entire process with Putnam Toyota and Jeff Hershman was efficient, enjoyable, and really fun. Since contacting Jeff the first time, he was extremely responsive and professional. He was patient and took time to explain different options to me and at no point did I feel like he was being puhsy. He was always straight up and honest throughout the process, and ultimately got me the best price possible.
