He was very knowledgeable, so friendly, and extremely helpful, and he went out of his way to get us what we needed, even picking us up from Bart so we could get to the dealership! We love our "new" car (2012 Rav4) and we really think we got the best possible deal in the Bay Area. Elton was very open and honest with us about everything, and we felt like we were in really good hands.
