This review is for a wonderful service advisor named Matt Summut. I meant to write this review probably a month ago, but I feel the need to share how amazing this representative is. Everybody working at this location is nice, however I'm glad I had the pleasure of Matt helping me. I hope the manager of this location sees this because your employee is amazing!

This review for Jeff Hershman at Putnam Toyota is well over do but I have to give credit when credit is due. First I corresponded with Jeff over email and then by phone and let me say he responded to both my calls and emails promptly. He had the car that I wanted and when I got to the dealership it was parked out front looking nice and pretty. We took a test drive and I decided to move forward with the deal. Jeff was very professional and I liked that he didn't go and get his boss at any point doing the negotiations like most salespeople do. Also for all the women out there, he didn't talk down to me or treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about (this is my third Toyota). If you're looking for a good deal without all of the normal car dealership/salesperson drama go see Jeff H. and I'm almost sure you're going to go home with your dream car that day just like I did. PS: Another thing that I like about Jeff H. is that he didn't forget about me after I bought the car. He followed up with me and was always available for questions.

Victor helped my dad when we stopped by the dealership today. Victor was courteous, friendly, and a professional. My dad was happy with the price, and drove out of the lot in a brand new Prius.

My wife and I have been customers with Putnam Toyota for almost 15 years and we bought our 4th car here the day after Thanksgiving 2015. Not only have we been more than pleased with every vehicle we have purchased from them, but the sales staff has always been very friendly and professional. Victor Contreras for the second time in the last 5 years sold us a vehicle from Putnam Toyota that we have been more than happy with. It was our luck that Victor happened to be there on the day we were looking to purchase our 2015 Highlander. He is very patient, thorough and spent as much time as we needed making sure all our questions were answered. I would recommend for anyone who values customer service and wants to have a no hassle, friendly and professional experience purchasing a vehicle at Putnam Toyota to request Victor Contreras.

Leased a 2015 Rav4 and completely love everything about it. Our salesperson, Noli Bati was outstanding in the service he provided. He listens to exactly what you are looking for and what it is that you can afford..he worked hard to make it possible for us without any pressure financially.. I'm happy with the decision I've made on my lease as well as service provided by Noli Bati. I recommend you ask for Noli Bati if you're looking for a great satisfying experience purchasing your new vehicle.
