This place is the bomb. I went here with my pregnant wife and was completely satisfied with the experience. We made an offer on a beautiful 2015 RX450H and Hamid, was more than willing to work on the price with us. It was stormy and wet and the salesman had no problems showing us the vehicle. I will definitely come back for another Lexus and tell all my friends and family about their wonderful dealership. The best part, we only spend about an hour from beginning to end of transaction. No waiting endlessly like other dealerships. No games, no sheisty sales tactics, just good honest customer service. Don't go wasting your valuable time anywhere else. This is by far, my best experience at an auto dealership. Sorry about all the counting guys......I hope this review makes up for it. Worked with Jeff who matched a quote, was patient with my parents and took care of us by being very informative, going for a long test drive and working with me over email, text and phone (since I was busy with two young kids). Appreciated in willingness to be flexible and make the buying and negotiating process quick and easy. I recommend the place! Their finance guy Mike? was a pleasure to work with, great sense of humor!

I leased a corolla here 2 years ago and i came back to buy my car. I've had great pleasure dealing with my sales guy Jeff H. And finance guy Mike D. They are both funny and down to earth guys. My experience here is nothing but exceptional. I also get my car serviced here too.

I had a great experience at Putnam today. I'm a recent college grad and was looking to buy my first car. I worked with Jeff and he helped me find a fantastic deal on not only the color and model of the Prius I wanted, but the deal was so right for my student budget that I ended up getting a brand new one! I felt like Jeff was very knowledgeable, but was also patient and not overbearing as has been my experience with sales at other dealerships. I had a very positive customer service experience at Putnam Toyota and got a great deal on my first car. I'd highly recommend (especially if anyone is looking for a brand new 2015 Prius to buy at the end of the year... they had a great selection and a very friendly price!). Ask for Jeff!

Over the years, my husband and I have purchased three Toyotas through Jeff Hershman. But I have to say that my most recent experience helping a grieving friend purchase the brand-new car of her dreams was over-the-top wonderful! My friend began considering a Prius C after an accident totaled her older Ford station wagon. She had never purchased a new car before -- her recently-deceased husband of 40-plus years was always in charge of buying their cars used -- so she worried that the dealer would take advantage of her inexperience. (2015 has been a horrible year for her!) She went to a different dealer (not Putnam) after an acquaintance offered her a "friends and family" discount there. But her acquaintance did not work in the sales department. Various salespeople kept passing her off between them. Many of her questions were ignored or, if they were addressed, she would get different answers to the same question from different people. She slept on her decision, called the dealership the next day to tell them which one she wanted, and said she would arrive that evening to purchase and drive off in her new car. She returned her rental car and I gave her a ride to the dealership. She was told it was just a matter of completing the paperwork. Three hours after we arrived, we had yet to see the car she had been promised was "in stock." The fifth salesperson she was working with finally admitted that it wasn't in stock and that they "weren't allowed to bring cars in from elsewhere at this time" because they needed to move what they already had. I told her we should leave and try again the next day elsewhere. I dropped her off at home, then went straight to Putnam's web site. There was her car -- configured exactly as she wanted it and in exactly the right color. I called Jeff Hershman as soon as Putnam opened the next morning and he quoted me the perfect price. Shortly after that, we were sitting at Jeff's desk finishing up the paperwork. She drove off in her first brand-new car with an enormous smile on her face. Thank you, Jeff (and Putnam!) for turning 2015 around for her! And we'll see you next year when it's time to replace our older Prius...

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car from Putnam Toyota. Victor is a phenomenal salesman: professional, sincere, and has a great sense of humor. He knows a great deal about his cars and the business, but never did he he talk down to us. He knows exactly when to give customers space, and he was patient. Thank you Victor for making this experience smooth and fun.
