Today my husband, 8 year old daughter and I stopped by the auto row in Burlingame with the intention of finding a newish car to accommodate our growing family. As we were walking by we noticed a really gorgeous Giant's orange Toyota Tacoma dual cab. We started checking out the exterior and were approached by Victor, with a smile. He wasn't pushy at all, very laid back, letting us ask questions and showing us features while telling us more about the truck. He was so kind during our entire experience. He was patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. Victor even included our daughter, asking her questions and listening to her input. Our whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Victor! We definitely recommend asking for him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Jeff Hershman facilitated our purchase of a Toyota, and was a real pleasure to work with. Putnam Toyota has the absolute best customer service! Every service advisor that I have dealt with there, over the past 10 years, has been exceptional. I trust them to be honest and forthright, and to not add on unnecessary expense. Most recently, Matt was informative, attentive, friendly, and knowledgable. The waiting room is deliberately comfortable, with beverages, pastries, comfortable seating, and free WiFi. If they know that you are waiting for your car (rather than planning to come back to pick it up) they will do their best to accelerate the process. All in all, a customer service experience not to be beat.

My wife and I have purchased two Toyota RAV4s from Putnam Toyota in the last year and a half and received the most excellent service and great deals from Jeff Hershman. If you're looking for an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable salesman who looks for your best interest and matches you up with the right vehicle, then look no further then Jeff. We just got our Toyota Sienna today. We are so happy with our sale person name Victor E. Contreras. He is super helpful and discuss all detail about the car with us. Very nice service and friendly. We absolute come back here for the car maintenance or trade for new car.

Awesome sales representative and staff. We were looking for a brand new Toyota Sienna and met with Victor Contreras. He is very kind, polite, the most honest sales person I ever met. He never push us but instead let us spend time testing the car as we want and went through all the detail very clearly. The process was very smooth. If I'm planning to buy new car I would definitely look for Victor again. I would give more than 5 star if it is possible.
