Got off work today and just about every warning light came on in my car when I turned it on. I'm new to the area so didn't know where to go and seeing as I have a Toyota I hesitantly drove to the dealership bummed and confused as to what was suddenly wrong with my car, and I admit I was fully expecting a hassle going here but I didn't know where else to go. Boy was I wrong. I was helped as soon as I drove up, I hadn't even gotten out of my car and one of the mechanics came over to help me. Turned out it was an easy fix and the guy who helped me (I think his name was Michael?) got me in and out of there in just a few minutes. Glad it was an easy fix this time but if there is a next time I will definitely be back to get help here, wonderful first impression. Very impressed with how helpful this dealership was. Thanks!

I've been going to Putnam Toyota for a year now, getting regular maintenance on my 2014 Prius. Service has always been timely and I have never experienced any problems. The staff is friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns, and the waiting area has a coffee machine, water, reasonably comfortable seating, free wifi, and often (free) baked goods. I highly recommend coming here for service or if you're in the market for a Toyota.

I bought my Prius here a few months ago and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When they asked us how much we were going to spend we gave them our number and the negotiations were very short. The process was smooth and they were accommodating of my financial situation with the banks. A few months later I took my car in for the free 5k maintenance and the shop staff were very professional and very efficient. The online sign up was very fast and easy. On the day of the service, I just drove straight into the garage and they took it from there. It was very easy and quick. I left the car there and walked to downtown Burlingame for breakfast. Halfway through breakfast they called me and said my car was ready and I could get it anytime before they closed. Talk about stress free! Great place to buy and get serviced.

All I wanna say is Awesome!! I went there for the first time and I bought a car right at the afternoon, which really really thanks to Elton. He is the nicest sales that I have ever met and he always give advice with patient when I'm confusing for various conditions. He provide the best deal that he can make and help me with completing all the process in a fast and simple way. All I need to do is choosing a car that satisfied my condition and signing paper with a clear explaination. If my friends or my family want to buy a car, I would definitely suggest them to come here and look for Elton, who can always provide the best services to customers!!!

This was such a great experience for me and my family! Noli gave me the best possible price without having to haggle or negotiate! Paper signing was as fast as it could be with a little comedy on the side! Not to mention we got the car we were looking for without having to wait for one to be brought in! I just leased a 2015 Prius V and I'm very happy. I went to 5 different dealers and test drove more cars than I can keep track of. My decision came down to the great service by Eric Brooks and the Prius V. Eric is was more down to earth than most salesman around... a "real" guy - no phony sales crap that I encountered with other salesman. He knows this business inside and out. Also, being a female, I hated the way some of the salesman dealt with me at other dealerships. Not at Putnam and especially not with Eric. I will highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to buy or lease a car.
