Putnam Toyota has the absolute best customer service! Every service advisor that I have dealt with there, over the past 10 years, has been exceptional. I trust them to be honest and forthright, and to not add on unnecessary expense. Most recently, Matt was informative, attentive, friendly, and knowledgable. The waiting room is deliberately comfortable, with beverages, pastries, comfortable seating, and free WiFi. If they know that you are waiting for your car (rather than planning to come back to pick it up) they will do their best to accelerate the process. All in all, a customer service experience not to be beat.
