This review for Jeff Hershman at Putnam Toyota is well over do but I have to give credit when credit is due. First I corresponded with Jeff over email and then by phone and let me say he responded to both my calls and emails promptly. He had the car that I wanted and when I got to the dealership it was parked out front looking nice and pretty. We took a test drive and I decided to move forward with the deal. Jeff was very professional and I liked that he didn't go and get his boss at any point doing the negotiations like most salespeople do. Also for all the women out there, he didn't talk down to me or treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about (this is my third Toyota). If you're looking for a good deal without all of the normal car dealership/salesperson drama go see Jeff H. and I'm almost sure you're going to go home with your dream car that day just like I did. PS: Another thing that I like about Jeff H. is that he didn't forget about me after I bought the car. He followed up with me and was always available for questions.
