Darren was great. He provided me with honesty and transparency. The best thing was that he was knowledgeable of all the vehicles that I test drove. He has patience and did we he could to make me feel confident with the car I selected. I recommend him and this place to anyone!

We were there yesterday to see Prius Prime in Blue Magnetism color. They are the only one, who has this color in stock. Abdul was helping us, he showed us features of the car and also explained the differences between the models that we were looking for. He was helpful and understanding. We have been to other Toyotas, too, but I think this one felt much more safer, reliable. Not only Abdul but also Antoni from Finance and other workers were nice. Abdul has been in this industry since years, while we decide, he not only explained us the advantages but also disadventages of the different models. We were surprised when we saw a dealer has above 3 star-rating on Yelp, but we understand why! Hopefully, we'll be back couple of later for another new car. We had a great experience buying our Toyota from Jeff Hershman. He was very easy going, down to earth, and personable. He made sure all our questions were answered before and after the sale, without any pressure to buy/upgrade. It was also a nice touch for him to send us a photo with our brand new car before we drove it home. Thanks Jeff!

Repeat customer here. Bought my second Toyota from Putnam today for one main reason: Jeff Hershman. All the other glowing reviews of Jeff here are 100% true. He's a great guy, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and the deal. We had been shopping for a while. But you know how some car salesmen are so sleazy when you get home you feel like you have to wash@f0 Jeff is anything but that. He's a down to earth guy with a big heart. No pressure. He's great. The business manager at Putnam who completed our paperwork (pardon me but I forget his name) was also super helpful. Next time we are in the market for a Toyota we're coming to Putnam. Without question.

I came here to test drive a car and had a very pleasant interaction with Abdul. He was respectful and not pushy at all, and led me to test drive a car right away.

This is for the Service department. I have a 15 month-old car, and took it here for the 10K service. (I had gone to Melody Toyota in San Bruno for the 5K service, much closer to my home, but that was a disaster and I do not recommend Melody to anyone.) I had a very pleasant experience. From the ease of making the appointment on line (twice, because I had to reschedule once), to driving up to a helpful service person, checking in, the wait (only 90 minutes for a lot of work) and the check-out process, it was all very easy. There were a couple of minor mistakes made in the process - I think they were breaking in a new guy, and hey, we're all human - but they owned up to those and made it right. Even though no harm was done, they offered me a free car wash for the inconvenience. I will definitely be returning for my 15K check!
