I never buy a car on my first visit, and I was impressed Jeff Hershman for his knowledge and attitude to customer service. I end up bought a car because I was pleased with the service and quality of the car. I had the best experience and I highly recommend anybody to is looking to get the best price and treatment to go ask for Mr. Hershman.

I had a pleasant and streamlined car-buying experience at Putnam Toyota. I was originally confused by all the different Prius models. Thankfully, my saleswoman, Liza, navigated me to the model that had the features I needed. Notably, I was looking at a specific car I saw on the Putnam website. While I was looking at the car I wanted, she pointed out that they had an identical model with extra safety features for exactly the same price. I'm grateful that Liza was knowledgeable about her inventory and that she went out of her way to find a deal that gave me the best bang for my buck. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Putnam. Liza and the financial manager, Mike, clearly laid out the features I would get and the specific price I would pay. They were friendly and concise while speaking with me and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Dare I say these car salesman were trustworthy? Shoutouts to my saleswoman, Liza Kolesnychenko. I'd recommend her because she knew what she was doing and because she found me a better car than the one I found myself.

My husband and I received an excellent customer service from Danny Babu and his manager!! They went extra mile to accommodate our budget for the best car that we like. They stayed longer hours so we can bring home our Nissan Rogue. Thanks so much for your service!! Shout out to Danny, his manager, and Nissan Burlingame! We will buy from you again in the future.

Great experience from Abdul Asalati, very helpful with all the information and answering all our questions. He helped us in cleaning out our trade-in, took off my specialized license plate from my old car. Thank you!

Liza was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had many questions and she always replied quickly. Andree teamed with Liza to make the sale and finalize all the numbers. They are both fantastic. I expressed to Liza that I wanted the paper work to be as efficient as possible on the day of purchase. We made an appointment and she had everything ready, she introduced us to Mike who made the transaction go very quickly but still was very informative and made sure we understood everything.
