When my fiancee and I think of maintenance or a great car dealership, this is where we think of. We have been coming here for years and service has always been amazing and consistent. Which is what we look for when having our cars serviced. While all the employees here are very helpful, Matt especially, does his best to ensure our day goes smooth and works really hard to accommodate our busy schedules. This is not easy as we both have full time jobs. We highly recommend Matt for all individuals, especially those who have busy schedules. He will make sure you are well taken care of. If you are like us and sometime are unsure of what your car may need, Matt will ensure your car is serviced the right way. He's always happy to answer any questions you have and provides you with the best options available. Through all our interactions with Matt, we have never once walked out without a smile. Thanks to his excellent customer service, we are happy to bring all our cars here. Even our family brings their cars here due to his awesome customer service. Because of this, we rate Putnam Burlingame 10/10! We hope this information helps those who are looking for an outstanding car service location.

I was in desperate need of a car & the Putnam commercials seemed very low-keyed. I really wanted another Toyota Matrix, but they're no longer made. I loved my Matrix. So I made one of my guy friends go with me. Abdul in Sales and George, the Finance & Insurance Manager, worked very hard to get me into a car that would fit my budget and needs. There was no pressure & no haggling. I truly appreciated the 1st Class service Abdul & George gave my friend & myself on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you gentlemen!!

Matt was amazing! He was so incredibly friendly when I pulled up to the service center at 8AM. He was gladly answering all of my questions and was very straight forward with the answers. I can't imagine anyone being anything but nice to him. He was 10/10! ~ Thank you so much.

I just bought my second car from Putnam Toyota from a wonderful and knowledgeable gal named Liza. I actually was not going to buy a car that day but I was interested in looking at one while my Tacoma was getting it's 10k service. Liza showed me the different Prius's and we test drove the fully loaded one. We came to the negotiation table and I decided to buy a less expensive one. We went on a second test drive and I knew I had the right car and I would buy it from the right person. Seriously, Liza sold me the car because she fulfilled my needs to know about the product features. I was geeking out on the full range cruise control and she was very patient with me. She carefully went over every option with me. Maybe it is was slow day but it was very nice to learn. Liza is a joy to work. If I buy another Toyota, Liza will be the first person I look for. Anthoni the guy who does financing and sells you the warranty is a pretty cool guy too. We had a lot of fun while he was trying to sell me an extended warranty. Great product Putnam and keep up the good hiring!

Abdul Asalati was courteous and showed me the car that I requested. He clearly explained the differences between trim levels, ultimately helping me drive off the lot in a new car. Great no-nonsense dealership experience with no upselling.

Darren is very patient with our questions and knows his stuff really well! We got a Sienna from him a couple of months ago and never regretted it!
