If you're looking for a new Toyota, Jeff Hershman is the man to see. I bought a C-HR from him last week, and am overjoyed with my purchase. Jeff was attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I didn't realize I was going to actually buy a car that day, but I did, and the whole process was relatively pain free, thanks to Jeff. We drove down from San Francisco to check out Putnam. We had been to two other Toyota dealerships and left both either uninformed or confused. We walked into the Putnam showroom, not knowing what to expect and were immediately greeted by Lisa (pronounced Leeza). My husband and I clicked with her immediately. She was professional, self-assured, and at the same time - DELIGHTFUL. Lisa managed to ascertain exactly what we were looking for in terms of safety features and accessories and within 15 minutes, we were sitting in our Prius and off for a test drive. We had no idea we would be buying that day when we walked in but Lisa found the perfect Prius and we worked out a fantastic deal. David worked out the financial details with us and brought us back outside, where Lisa was waiting for us with the car. She then took all the time we needed to explain the many safety features and sign us into the Entune audio system. What a seamless and fun experience! Thanks Lisa and David!

Lisa made the whole experience of buying s new car seamless and stress-less. From the beginning, she was very knowledgeable about the different benefits and safety features of buying a Toyota. She was very accommodating to needing to nurse and tend to our infant who came along for the process. Lisa was easy to talk to, understanding, and easily available via text for any follow up questions. We are so happy with our ew RAV4 purchase and could not have done it without Lisa!

Great experience at Putnam Toyota. Purchasing was easy with an E-price that seemed very fair. Our salesman Nader was very nice and explained the car very thoroughly. He followed up promptly with a scratch repair post-purchase and we have been very happy.
