We drove down from San Francisco to check out Putnam. We had been to two other Toyota dealerships and left both either uninformed or confused. We walked into the Putnam showroom, not knowing what to expect and were immediately greeted by Lisa (pronounced Leeza). My husband and I clicked with her immediately. She was professional, self-assured, and at the same time - DELIGHTFUL. Lisa managed to ascertain exactly what we were looking for in terms of safety features and accessories and within 15 minutes, we were sitting in our Prius and off for a test drive. We had no idea we would be buying that day when we walked in but Lisa found the perfect Prius and we worked out a fantastic deal. David worked out the financial details with us and brought us back outside, where Lisa was waiting for us with the car. She then took all the time we needed to explain the many safety features and sign us into the Entune audio system. What a seamless and fun experience! Thanks Lisa and David!
