Service was great and super quick. I called in to make an appointment. Days before the appointment they called to remind me and even sent an email. Day of, I arrive a bit early and was greeted with a warm welcome. The person that assisted me explained the process and had me wait in their waiting room, which provided free coffee, water, tea, pastries. Service estimate time was 90 minutes but they finished in 45.
Putnam Toyota Burlingame has done a great job for customer service. I came in for a periodic car maintenance. I was greeted by a services manager Rad (hope I got the right name, but I found everyone there was very great and relaxed) and he checked in my car for about 10 minutes and put me in priority on the same day service (it's on the weekend). He explained to me about my car service and reminded me to bring my car for the next time. What exceeded my expectation was how fast he checked in and how efficient this service was. This was a seamless experience for me for a car maintenance. Definitely, this is the place I come back and recommend you to come for Toyota car. My previous experience with a finance manager was terrific. Never have any issue at this place. A 6-star review (with one extra bonus).

I recently got a new phone and was not able to setup the texting option. I made a quick stop at Putnam Toyota, and thanks to Darren, everything is working properly. Just want to say thank you Darren for taking the time to not only fix the issue, but also for explaining what the problem was. I know who I will be buying my next Toyota from.
