I came to this dealership with a car in mind, and was helped out by Hendrik. He was extremely helpful, let me test drive the car, and helped me finance the car. This was such a great experience as a first time buyer! A big thank you to Hendrick, as well as Finance manager Mike for making my purchase everything I could ask for!

I went to this particular dealership today to perform a simple oil change, mind you I made an online appointment(Shame on me for thinking this actually works) anyhow 3hours later my 15 minute lube job is done and the service agent apologized for the long wait and no charged my $80 oil change as a show of accountability (that was cool) but get this my car is a new 2019 model and comes with the standard 2yr 24k miles free oil change services lol anyhow it's unfortunate that every freaking Toyota Dealership I go to never meets customer satisfaction, I am giving 3 stars instead of 0 because of the hospitable nature of the service agent. I still hope for the day a Dealership will finally meet my expectations.

We just purchased Toyota 4Runner with Abdul Asalati. Abdul spent several hours with us driving different models and was very helpful with all the information about models specifications and answering all our questions. At the end he helped us to negotiate a fair price that we are very happy with. Abdul is very respectful and does not push you in your decisions but spends a lot of time with you to let you make an informed decision that you will be happy with. Abdul set up a service appointment for us and set up iphone audio connection. Thank you, Abdul!

Satisfied customers! Our lease was coming to an end so we stopped at a couple of dealerships trying to find the best deals for a new lease. We found the right one at Putnam Toyota. Excellent customer service by Noli. He worked with us and our budget. He helped us find the car we wanted and never tried to pressure us into getting something else. He made us feel comfortable and brought in Mike to make sure the transaction ran smoothly. Why didn't we stop here first??? Well next time our lease is up, now we know to bypass those other dealerships and will be looking for Noli. It's not the closest Toyota dealer to where we live, but it's worth the trip to get this type of service. Thank you Noli & Mike.

I had an amazing experience buying a 2019 RAV4 with Noli. He was very experienced, courteous, and patient. I brought my family with me and it took us a while to make our decision but Noli was very patient with us. Not only was he patient, but he sold me on the RAV4 by showing me the safety features, functions, and selling points of the car. Purchasing a car is a really big decision so having the right sales associate is important. I would definitely recommend Noli!

I have to give a huge 5 stars for Putnam Toyota. I had been searching for a certain car for a week and was sent on a wild goose chase by other dealer's unscrupulous agendas. After a request on line for a quote from Putnam, I got a quick and direct response from Eric Brooks, the Internet fleet manager. I went in today and was thrilled to meet a sane and very pleasant man, who handed me off to Abdul for a test drive. Abdul was a complete delight and extremely thorough in explaining the details of the car. I felt comfortable with the price and loved the car (Prius) which I was buying for my daughter. The entire process took less than 3 hours. I was treated with respect and genuine appreciation by everyone in this dealership, including George, the money guy. I won't EVER go anywhere else for a Toyota and urge you all to not waste your time anywhere else like I did.
