Just go in & ask for Dan, trust me!! When I walked into to Putnam Toyota, I knew I was ready to get into a new car, but I just hadn't found the perfect one yet... luckily Dan Keating was able to help me out! He listened to me & took note of all the key features I was looking for, and not only did he find me multiple cars with the exact specifics I had asked for, even in the color combinations I had my heart set on, he also helped me make my final decision & never once did I feel pressured or like I was being pushed into buying something I wasn't quite sure about. I've never in my life had an experience like this. He essentially did all the research for me, and found me a couple options, with everything I wanted, and I could compare them all in person to see which car felt the best. Amazing buying experience, Dan has a customer for life!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a 2019 RAV4 XLE. Noli is the best! He was very patient with me and my family while we were deciding on which car to purchase. Noli took time to get to know me to see the best fit for my lifestyle. Noli was clear and precise when explaining features of the RAV4. After the sale, Noli continued showing me different functions of the car and helped set up my Apple CarPlay. Overall, made the purchasing experience a pleasant one and I would highly recommend going to Noli for assistance!

This review is for Darren from the Sales Department. My dad and I have been shopping around for an SUV for about a month and have narrowed it down to the SUV that I want, including the model, trim, color, etc. Let me just say that I had a very very pleasant experience purchasing from Putnam Toyota. Darren is very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles, transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy. I know that because prior to meeting Darren, I have gone to many other Toyota car dealerships in the Bay Area shopping around for the best deal. I told Darren my specifics and during the price negotation, he was very transparent about prices and financing options. I know because I work in finance. I have gone to other dealerships, and boy they were about to charge me high MSRP AND high interest rates! One sales agent from Daly City Toyota would not even show me a price breakdown and would call me at work putting pressure on me to buy the SUV they have on inventory, saying "I'm afraid if you don't buy now, it will sell because that trim/color is extremely popular." Don't fall for these traps. Go see Darren at Putnam Toyota and you'll have a very pleasant experience. I went back to Putnam Toyota 2 weeks after I purchased my SUV to pick up something and Darren was like, "please call me if you have any questions, or stop by if you are around." He even explained the high-tech functions of the SUV and helped me set the system. Darren is the best! Highly recommended sales agent! Thank you so much Darren, for going above and beyond. You have shown us an outstanding customer service. My entire family will be purchasing from you and Putnam Toyota from now on!

I bought a Fiat 500 today from Joe. He was wonderful! He worked hard to help me get a good deal on a great car. I appreciate his professionalism! He was honest and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision. Buying a car with Joe was fun!

I did some online research beforehand - searching for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Got a no hassle online quote that fit the budget. Worked with Daniel in the sales department - he was super thorough and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase. He spent a lot of time going over all the features of the truck and explained how they all worked - something I've never had before with other new vehicle purchases. Greatly appreciated and would recommend to others out there in the market for a new vehicle.
