This review is for Luis Botelo, an advisor in the service department. I've been a long time customer of this location because of advisors like Luis Botelo, an honest advisor who always explains and goes over everything that will be done to your car, so you exactly what they're charging you for. I have not been able to schedule an appointment with him the last couple of services, but he is the one to work with. There is another Toyota dealership/service location closer to me, but I choose to come here.

Bought a new car today at this dealership! It was so easy. I dealt with Abdul. He was great! So knowledgeable. Informed me of everything I needed to know about my new car. He was very thorough. It was a great experience.

I am very pleased with my experience with this dealership. Noli is professional, efficient and made the experience enjoyable. He showed me the cars that could fit my lifestyle. even if the cars were a few blocks from the showroom, Noli took his time to get to know our family and see what we are looking for a car. Although, we didn't decide on the car on that day, Noli is patient enough to show me the cars that I wanted and was very fast to process the paperworks. Even after Noli got the sale, he still showed me the car's functionality, technology and safety features that came with the car. I am impressed with his customer service because my car buying experience is very delightful. Thank you for your help Noli!

This review is for Joe in the sales department who sold me the Prius of my dreams a few weeks ago. I came in feeling a little wary and suspicious after the last car i bought at a dealership was a lemon. Joe was professional and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and really took the time to explain which car would be best for me under my circumstances. His friendliness and straightforward attitude made the entire experience seamless and much easier than I anticipated. I ended up with an amazing used Prius that had been previously leased by their dealership which I am very happy with. He even went out of his way to have some dents in the bumper repaired at my request before I bought it. I would highly recommend contacting Joe if you're looking to buy a car from this dealership.
