I went to this particular dealership today to perform a simple oil change, mind you I made an online appointment(Shame on me for thinking this actually works) anyhow 3hours later my 15 minute lube job is done and the service agent apologized for the long wait and no charged my $80 oil change as a show of accountability (that was cool) but get this my car is a new 2019 model and comes with the standard 2yr 24k miles free oil change services lol anyhow it's unfortunate that every freaking Toyota Dealership I go to never meets customer satisfaction, I am giving 3 stars instead of 0 because of the hospitable nature of the service agent. I still hope for the day a Dealership will finally meet my expectations.
