I have to give a huge 5 stars for Putnam Toyota. I had been searching for a certain car for a week and was sent on a wild goose chase by other dealer's unscrupulous agendas. After a request on line for a quote from Putnam, I got a quick and direct response from Eric Brooks, the Internet fleet manager. I went in today and was thrilled to meet a sane and very pleasant man, who handed me off to Abdul for a test drive. Abdul was a complete delight and extremely thorough in explaining the details of the car. I felt comfortable with the price and loved the car (Prius) which I was buying for my daughter. The entire process took less than 3 hours. I was treated with respect and genuine appreciation by everyone in this dealership, including George, the money guy. I won't EVER go anywhere else for a Toyota and urge you all to not waste your time anywhere else like I did.
