I can't believe I'm writing a good review for a car dealership! Maybe I got lucky, but of all my dealings with dealers, this has been the least painful. It's kinda nice to drive away in the car you wanted and actually feel good about the deal you got. James was my salesman and the dude was great. He answered my questions honestly and made the whole process easy. I saw the good reviews on yelp, and I see why. Go check 'em out!

I can only speak for the customer service because I've never had to see an invoice for the maintenance of my car (thank god), however Putnam Toyota's customer service is unbeatable. I've been coming to Putnam for years, at first because it was the closest Toyota dealership/service center to my apartment but I then I moved to SF and I still drive down to Burlingame to have my car serviced. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. You're able to schedule appointments online - convenient. They always give me a time estimate for my service and anytime it takes longer than they quoted, they always call me. I appreciate that. To top off the awesome customer service, they always wash my car before returning it to me! SCORE!

I have never in my life gotten a service like i did here at Putnam Toyota! Every store i have done business with has been mediocre. Wesley at Putnam Toyota gave me the service i never expected. This guy gave me a thorough description of every step. He ensured that we got well taken care. I can literally write an essay or an article on this guy. He is a role-model to everyone who works in customer service. As a CEO of Toyota, i would ensure that Wesley deals with all my customers at every given minute because others lack customer service at this department. As an advice to everyone going to this department. Ask for Wesley, believe me, he will make your troubles into a comforting feeling. He is the man at this department!

Great place to go and buy great cars for any person you know. Decent prices, a friendly staff who is very negotiable, and runs their business well. Short purchases, quick and easy process, and no hassle what so ever.

I searched the inventory on-line for a 4runner, received an e-quote from Eric Brooks, and I called him up so that I could check out the vehicle. When I met Eric, I found him to be a very personable fella, down to earth, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the toyota fleet of vehicles. He didn't try to talk the car up as if it were the greatest thing since sliced bread, and in order to determine if the 4runner (SUV) was really going to suit my day-to-day and weekend/traveling needs, he asked me lots of questions and was very willing to offer his opinion on the general pros and cons to owning an SUV vs a Crossover. I fealt very comfortable hanging out w/ Eric from start to finish. After the deal was done, and the car was mine to take home, Eric took out some additional time to go through some more of the vehicle details w/ me and has also made himself available to answer any of my follow-up questions. Wonderful experience and everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and warm. At other bay area dealers, I've ran across too many salesmen where their attempt at professionalism came off very snobby. If you want to feel comfortable, not pressured, and like a friends helping you out during your car shopping experience, go see Eric at Putnam!

Luis in service is the MAN. I brought my truck in cause Melody Toyota did the recall on my Tundra and the pedal was all screwed up. I got fed u p with the stupid ass service advisor I was dealing with there so I brought it to Putnam. Luis ordered a new pedal assembly for me and I was having trouble with my rearview mirror ever since I bought the car and Luis ordered a new one for me. This is how dealerships should be ran. If you need service performed on your vehicle, come to Putnam and hit up Luis. I have no experience with the sales department but I went car shopping with my buddy here and we dealt with Victor who is a great salesman and not a shark like those scumbags at Melody.
