I searched the inventory on-line for a 4runner, received an e-quote from Eric Brooks, and I called him up so that I could check out the vehicle. When I met Eric, I found him to be a very personable fella, down to earth, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the toyota fleet of vehicles. He didn't try to talk the car up as if it were the greatest thing since sliced bread, and in order to determine if the 4runner (SUV) was really going to suit my day-to-day and weekend/traveling needs, he asked me lots of questions and was very willing to offer his opinion on the general pros and cons to owning an SUV vs a Crossover. I fealt very comfortable hanging out w/ Eric from start to finish. After the deal was done, and the car was mine to take home, Eric took out some additional time to go through some more of the vehicle details w/ me and has also made himself available to answer any of my follow-up questions. Wonderful experience and everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and warm. At other bay area dealers, I've ran across too many salesmen where their attempt at professionalism came off very snobby.
