I had a very nice and pleasant experience buying a certified 2009 Toyota Sienna LE this week. Car sales man James is a great guy , he was very honest and upfront with the deal, no haggles or pressure. I called him up seeing the ad in craigslist and he told me that vehicle will be there next day, went there next day he was waiting already with the vehicle , had a test drive and he was very good in explaining the stuff. Great customer service, Overall I had a great deal from Putnam. George from the office was also very nice and I completed the paperwork in 20 mins and had the keys with me. Later I had a minor request for a replacement of a accessory and James coordinated it in an hours time. Overall great experience with him. Five stars for James and Putnam
I wanted to let everyone know that Lenny is a great guy to work with... He got me a great deal on my Toyota and also made it very easy and simple. Although I wasn't too happy with the Finance or Business Development manager(George)who was preparing my paperwork. I felt that he was not so clear in his communication to me and that he tried to add "other pieces of issurance" to my deal. No thanks... In anycase, I would highly recommend Lenny as a Sales person! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention he also took care of me with my hitch install at Custom Trucks in Redwood City. The guy Ken is also a stand-up kind of guy and I would also recommend him for any truck accessories and work.
Once again! We had a wonderful experience at Putnam Toyota Toyota over the weekend, we bought a Toyota Highlander and we couldn't be more happier with our purchase. Victor Contreras has been our Sales Rep for the last 4 purchases, he works with you to get you the best deal! his customer service skills are outstanding, the process went so fast and smooth. We just wanted to check on prices and see what was around and we ended up buying the car we always wanted! Thanks Victor and all the team at Putnam Toyota!
I bought my Scion tc from here in 2005 and took it in for it's 95,000 servicing today. What more can I say@f0 Even after I moved to San Francisco from Burlingame over a year ago, I still bring it here. I always get AT LEAST the service done well and many times get MUCH MORE. It has always been a great experience and my little tc purrs like a cat.
Bought several cars from here for friends and family throughout the years. Their staff are unlike those found in many showrooms I've been to. They won't lie, overpromise, or underdeliver. Their prices are the usually the best if you know how to negotiate. The most surprising thing is, they don't get condescending no matter how heated the negotiation gets and they won't insult your intelligence with outright lies: "Wanna see the invoice of the car?" My few complaints: selection of cars is limited test drives on freeway seem discouraged credit card payment has to be negotiated every time as well
I had a really good experience leasing a Toyota Yaris from Jaimie, who was very helpful and never seemed like a pushy car-salesman-guy. I'm now having a really good experience getting my car serviced. They're friendly and efficient, and when they found that there was a nail in one of my tires, offered to patch it for me for $35, which, though slightly more than I'd pay elsewhere, is worth it to just get 'er done now. They also didn't try to sell me an unnecessary new tire, which was really nice. Yeah, that experience is happening now--'cause they have free wi-fi in their customer waiting area, which is nice. Sadly, the coffee machine isn't working... but I think I'll live!
