Brought my car in for maintenance and computer chip recall with a Saturday morning service department appointment. Estimated wait was between 2 and 3 hours, but they managed to finish it in a little over 1 hour. The service center rep Ryan was very helpful and gave updates as the work was being done and provided printouts on new tire estimates without pushing for a purchase. They have a waiting area, two computers, and wifi for customer use. Fairly close to Burlingame Ave, for those who may want to shop/eat/etc.

I used to get service for my car here since I lived near by. No complain at all....great customer service.

Today, my husband and I went to Putnam Toyota to trade-in our old vehicle. Not only did the dealership take our gas guzzler off our hands, but we left with the car we wanted! I would like to thank Youssef and James for their excellent customer service. I recommend all who are in the market for a used vehicle to head on over to Putnam Toyota and ask for Youssef Alhajj and James Anwari.

I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Dan Dishart is an exceptional sales rep! Mad props to Dan the Man. He went above and beyond the call of duty, pre- and post-sales. I was given a touch-up paint job for my car (it was a used car), and Dan offered to lend me his personal car during the day while I had my car at the dealership for the touch-up. He even personally went to my work to exchange cars. In addition, he made himself available to answer any questions I had over the phone after the sale. He was an absolutely great person to work with. He's not one of those shady sales people; he'll give you the truth and he'll try his best to work with you to get you what you need. The other employees at the dealership were very easy to work with. The entire buying process was smooth as silk. There were no hidden fees too. No complaints here.

After a bad experience at Stevens Creek Toyota, Putnam Toyota was a breath of fresh air. We test drove a Prius v, but they didn't have the model we wanted in stock. They found it that night and our salesman, Victor Contreras, picked it up himself and drove it back to Burlingame from Sacramento so we could have it the next day. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, stop by Putnam and ask for Victor!

This is my first time writing a review here in yelp. I put in 4 stars just to be realistic but i can easily give five based on my experience. It was my wife who bought her first car. She purchased a 2012 scion tc. All i can say is this is a hassle free car buying experience..You pay what you see in the sticker price and the salesman (ola Mr. Victor) was really helpful and patient enough to wait for us after having problems with my insurance. I can definitely recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a car.
