Bought my 2012 Prius in April. Jamal Elgelda is an excellent sales rep, he gave me excellent customer services, very knowledgeable on the car I wants, he also help me out to get the car rental, detail my car TWICE and he did a lot extras. Highly recommending to look for him if you are thinking to buy a Toyota. He will do everything he can to make you happy and he sent me a gift to thanks for my business.

I dread buying cars, but Putnam made my last purchase - a Prius Plugin - an extremely pleasant experience. Since Toyota sold the Plugin via a 6 months pre-registration based process it involved many new steps (like an order onsale, an online production tracking system etc.). Other dealerships were clueless about the process, but Putnam was informed and up to date from day one. Price negotiation took place efficiently and in a highly professional manner to reach a mutually acceptable agreement - no tricks, no games. And no other dealership was able to match the final price. My many questions throughout the process were answered quickly and patiently. When the time came for Toyota's onsale my sales contact Andrey even offered to work at midnight to secure one of the very first shipments for me. Everything throughout delivery went very smoothly - I got a very detailed introduction and Putnam submitted an accelerated application for my green carpool sticker. Who knew that car buying can be enjoyable - I will be back.

I first purchased a used toyota corolla here in 2002. At that time I had no credit history, and from what I recall the sales staff were incredibly helpful., Fast forward to yesterday, I went in to look at the Toyota Prius. I'd been driving a Matrix for 5 years, and needed to get green and economical. About 2.5 hours later I drove out in a brand new Prius C. Assisted with superb service and efficiency by Jamal Elgelda in Sales, and by Mike in finance who were both super helpful and patient with me. Jamal came for a test drive with me, answered my questions and didn't push me towards any one specific car. He was very quick to come back to me with a valuation on my trade in and went through it thoroughly. Mike was very clear in his explanations of extended warranties, and in helping me calculate what made sense for the mileage I'll be doing. Buying a car is stressful, but this was a really great experience and I love my new wheels!

Ask for Eric Brooks if you're looking to buy. Great guy. We corresponded via email, and when we went in he was knowledgeable, patient, did a lengthy test drive with me and my wife, explained all features, and was very patient with us as we vacillated between the different color interiors. I was not planning on buying that day, but the trade-in price was very fair, and they were able to come down on the price. But really what cinched the deal was 1) they had the exact Highlander 2012 with the exact specs we wanted, and 2) both my wife and I really liked Eric, our salesperson. I generally get a slimy, sketchy feel from the car salesmen I interact with - Eric was a refreshing change, and a large part of the reason why we purchased that day. Go to him, you won't be disappointed. Michael Musto, the Financial Services Manager who helped me finish all the paperwork, was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall a great experience at this dealership, would definitely go back and recommend friends there as well.

We recently purchased our 2012 Plug In Prius from Putnam Toyota. We worked with Andrey Kamenetsky (General Sales Manager); and Jeff Hershman (Internet & Fleet Manager) when purchasing our car. Jeff handled the paperwork and delivery of our Prius and made it one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. Jeff is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Putnam is one of the few remaining independent dealers and we highly recommend contacting them if you are considering the purchase of a car.
