I purchased my truck at Putnam Toyota with the help of Eric Brooks. I called Eric ahead of time telling him what I was looking for. We set up a day to test drive my Tacoma and when I got to the lot the truck was there and ready and it was EXACTLY what I asked for. This is my second Toyota truck and hands down this time was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I could wish for. Eric was straight forward and never made me feel like I was being pushed into anything. I also did not feel like I was being taken advantage of which is huge considering women typically do in these kind of situations. I drive a lot of miles everyday and go through trucks pretty fast. When it is time for me to get a new Tacoma I will absolutely be returning to Eric and Putnam Toyota!

We bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Putnam Toyota and could not be happier. Dan Dishart was the salesman who sold us the minivan, and he is as good as it gets - very personable and focussed on helping us find the right minivan for our family. Right from the time I called him after seeing a posting for a minivan we were interested in online, he was very polite and helpful. He was extremely patient as we looked at various minvans and took them for test drives. He gave us his opinion on the minivans we were considering - giving us the pros and the cons - but there was absolutely no pressure tactic involved at all. He helped us negotiate what we thought was a fair price after the trade-in for our previous car and while we waited for the paperwork etc. to be completed, he made sure our family was comfortable and taken care of. Our experience with George (forgetting his last name) in the finance department was equally wonderful - he was very helpful as he walked us through all the paperwork. Overall, this was amongst the best car buying experience we have had! Very happy with Putnam Toyota's customer service.

We came in on a Sunday late afternoon, with our three kids, and traded in our Lexus Rx330 for a used Toyota Sienna Minivan. They gave us a good price (after some negotiating) for our Lexus, and sold us the minivan for a very fair price as well. They were extremely efficient, professional and the process went very smooth. I felt I was in good hands - no trickery, just straight shooters. James, who sold us the car, was excellent, as well as Dan who initiated the deal. They helped me get my car seats in, found a manual for the used car, as well as headsets, etc. - any missing pieces to our new used minivan. I did not feel rushed even though we were the last customers. Great service, fair and honest deals, good advice about which van to buy - it was great.

I recently purchased a new vehicle. Andrey and his staff (Darren) went beyond the sale to make sure we were happy with the purchase. When I declined the trade in offer, upon request, they provided me the carfax report so that I could sell the vehicle privately. After the sale, George also found a minor error in the contract and quickly helped resolve the matter. Great doing business with them.

I had a good experience overall with Putnam Toyota and James A. It was my first dealership purchase experience and I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. They made it real easy to find what I wanted before coming to the lot and the vehicle was just as described. James was very helpful throughout and I was able to get in and out with my vehicle in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market, even if you aren't buying a Toyota.
