Damn I waited a long time at the Service Department. Other than that, Henk was pleasant and the waiting room espresso machine was decent. I brought my Mom's 2002 Prius in for 155,000 mile business as well as to check up on a Recall on Nuts. Sounds dirty I know, but it's not nearly as exciting as you might think. Anyway, the short version is that I brought the car in at 11 am (with appointment) and finally dove it away after 5 pm. That's two hours longer than Toyota's estimate on the Nut Recall. C'mon guys, pick up the pace.

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a used vehicle (which had less than 7k pretty much new) our salesman name was Dan Dishart. He was very helpful and informative, with No pressure. He actually made buying a car a pleasant experience This is how All dealers should be!!! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the car and the AWESOME deal that Dan got for us! I highly recommend you experience the pleasure of buying a car from Putnam Toyota and I highly recommend you ask for Dan....thanks again Dan for staying late (11pm) to get us AWESOME deal you truly made a lifelong client.

I and my husband really enjoyed buying our Prius from this dealership. Dan (Sales Associate) sent us emails whenever he has new cars available, so it was very easy for us to make our decisions. Dan is a very friendly and nice guy, so we felt very comfortable making the purchase with him. The highlight was that he drove all the way to San Francisco from San Mateo at late night to pick up the important documents we had to provide him. It was his job, but still it was very sweet of him. I also recommend this dealership because there is Michael (Financial manager) at this dealership. He is also a very friendly and funny gentleman:) I truthfully recommend this place for your next Toyota purchase. Lots of nice people*

I knew exactly the car I wanted, and after several empty promises from other dealers, I took it upon myself to find a dealership with the car I was looking for and ended up at Putnam Toyota. I wanted a 2012 Prius V with the Advanced Tech Package, and they were the only dealership in the entire bay area to have one. Having my four year old daughter in tow, I was pleasantly surprised to see a play area for her to occupy herself; no other dealership I'd been to had a kids play area - awesome touch! Noli immediately approached to ask if he could help, but graciously backed off when we said we wanted to look around a bit. Once we were done, he was back and helped us test drive several cars (I wanted try other cars even though I knew what I wanted). After that he guided us through the initial process, was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately because the specific car is so rare I didn't get anywhere with haggling. I did get them to offer a bit more on my trade in when I told them I already had an offer on my old car, which they matched. And they managed to beat the interest rate on the financing I already had in place, so I went with Toyota financing. Signing all the papers took a long time, but Noli stayed well past closing to show me all the cool features on my new car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. After buying the car, the dealership has been very active in making sure I'm happy and that everything was satisfactory. Overall a great buying experience!
