I wanted to get out of my 2011 Mercedes which being leased and wanted to get into a new FJ Cruiser. I was negative but wasn't sure I would get approved. But Darren and Putnam was able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. When other Toyota dealerships did not even give me an alternative option, Putnam was able to make it happen. Kudos to Darren for being transparent and a good salesman. And bravo for Putnam for getting me into my 2012 FJ.

I was interested in a white Miata that they had on sale. I called and Dan Dishart picked up. I told him that I was from Orange County, CA, but that I was very interested in the car. He immediately offered to take detailed photos of the car for me so that I could get a better idea of the condition of the vehicle. Dan also sent me the carfax link for the car as well without me even asking. I flew up, saw the car and purchased it with no issues. Overall, Dan is great. Easy to talk to, easy to negotiate with, and very accommodating. I might be back for an FR-S in a few years :P

We purchased a new Prius V wagon from Putnam Toyota and couldn't be happier with the car and the entire car purchase in general. We initially went in on a Monday and were greeted by Dan who showed us the different models and options for the V. Proceeded to take one out for a test drive and fell in love immediately. We left the dealership without purchasing and Dan did not "push" us into purchasing right there and then. We did not feel pressured at any point during/after the test drive and that is something that is always a concern when purchasing a car. Well, fast forward one day and we were back to purchase the Prius V. Mike in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. The whole process was silky smooth!!!

If you are in the market for a car, ask for Dan Dishart. Dan went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He has tremendous automobile knowledge and is straight forward and really easy going.

"Best of the worst" is always what comes to mind when I think about dealing with car dealerships. My wife and I recently decided we needed a baby hauler in our fleet and after doing hours of research we decided that the Toyota Highlander fit our individual needs perfectly. We then started the process of finding a stealership to purchase it from. After a bay area wide email blast to the all of the internet fleet managers email addresses we could find, we received arguably the nicest reply from Eric Brooks at Putnam Toyota. While he wasn't the lowest price we received back, he was definitely the friendliest and after all the dust settled and we finally ditched the pathetic attempt at a car dealership which will remain nameless but rhymes with "schumblin moyota", we presented Eric with our price and he was able to match it within a few bucks. Once at the dealership we met Eric and George in finance, and both of them helped to speed us through the process. We ended up spending about 1.5 hours at the dealership, and most of that time was from Eric giving us a complete tour and walk around of the vehicle after the sale was completed. Thanks Eric and George for a great car buying experience!

I want to appreciate the amazing service of Dan Dishart at Putnam Toyota! We arrived late on Monday evening interested in a used mini-van. He was professional, but friendly and open and great with my 7 year old! We hemmed and hawed that night and he let us ruminate on our deal for so long, only to watch us leave to sleep on it. Then he called, as we agreed, promptly at 9am so we could make a plan. He then agreed to come with me to have our car reviewed by our mechanic back in the Mission District. We spent 2 hours together and he was playful with my 7 year old! Finally, last night at about 6pm I drove off with the van, very pleased! Dan - you rock the sales world! Thanks for everything!
