My wife and I bought our first car together over the weekend. It was our first time going through the car buying process and we were a little overwhelmed by the whole process. We went to a couple places on Saturday and spent over 2 hours at one place but just couldn't get the deal we wanted and the guy kept pushing us to make a decision. So we decided to leave. The next day we year over to Putnam Toyota and our experience was totally different. We got help from Dan. And he was upfront with us, didn't make us feel pressured to buy anything and got us a real good deal. We told him about our experience the day before and he told us we wouldn't be there for that long. Well we were there for quite awhile but that was because we had some issues trying to get insured on the Sunday before memorial day so we can drive out the lot. But Dan and the other guys there were helpful throughout the whole process. My wife and I drove home in our new car both of us happy with our purchase and glad that we gave our business to some good people.

I highly recommend this dealership and the sales associate Dan Dishart, in particular. He is a super easy going guy, very nice, friendly and I would trust him to put together a good deal. He took us out on a test drive with a supercharged Sport Range Rover earlier this week, but I didn't buy it on the spot. But, he was willing to do whatever it took to seal the deal (including fixing the little dent on the hood). Unfortunately, I ended up going back to purchase it on his day off, so I didn't get to complete the deal fully with him, but the dealership did honor his offers. We really appreciated that. I got a fair price on my trade-in and a fair price on my awesome new Rangie! This dealership has a wide array of moderately-priced and higher-end cars, so we'll be recommending this dealership to our friends and associates for sure! Gonna cut this review short, because I've got a super-fast super-awesome car to drive. OMG I KNOW I'm going to get a ticket!!!! I bet if I asked Dan if he'd pay the first ticket I got if I bought the car from him, he would. He seems to be that kind of guy. Thanks Dan!

I was on the hunt for a new car in Orange county and was pretty disappointed with the dealership service (namely a certain Mitsubishi dealership I mentioned before). I was just about to sign the papers on a new Volkswagen GTI, until my brother stumbled upon a used 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X with 2100 miles selling for a ridiculously good price. It was even in the color that I liked! that bright metallic blue. Upon hearing about this, I had to put down the deposit and get this car. We had to act quick, so the next night we drove 7 hours to San Francisco and then crashed at my brothers friends place. The next day, we went to the dealership still wearing the same clothes I had the previous day and finally saw the car. It was pretty much a new car, it even had the new car smell. We wrapped up the paperwork with Lenny who was very nice to assist us throughout the whole process. He even saw that my phone had very little power, so he gave me his slightly beat up iphone car charger for the ride home. I thought that was a very nice gesture and definitely needed for the car ride home. Today I'm really enjoying my car and I would have to thank this dealership.

Putnam Toyota is a great place! Bought my 2011 Toyota Corolla from them Dec 2011. Great service, great options where given to me and fast service! Was in and out within 2.5 hours (first time car shopper and first time buyer). I highly recommend Putnam Toyota Burlingame. Will definitely be back to buy another car in the long run.
