After a bad experience at Stevens Creek Toyota, Putnam Toyota was a breath of fresh air. We test drove a Prius v, but they didn't have the model we wanted in stock. They found it that night and our salesman, Victor Contreras, picked it up himself and drove it back to Burlingame from Sacramento so we could have it the next day.
