Just a quick follow up...I received an email from Kent at Putnam asking if I had sold my car. I told him I did trade it in and purchased a new Highlander. Kent said he would like to make it up to us and then offered to service my new Toyota or detail it...complimentary! Although I don't work in customer service any longer, this is the type of actions that will get my repeat and referral business. I do plan on servicing my new Toyota at Putnam! Putnam Toyota was recommended to us by a friend. Prior to us dropping in, my son did all his research on the type of car he wanted to buy so we knew that purchasing a Scion XD would be haggle-free. I went in to the service department to get a part for my son. The gentleman that helped me ( Mr. Larson ) was a delight! He was extremely helpful. I did not buy the part from them as it was expensive, but I would definitely go back he was great!
